The South Deerfield Veterinary Clinic was established in 1973 as a general mixed animal Veterinary practice serving all animals in the Franklin and Hampshire County area. 70% of patients are companion animals, primarily dogs and cats. The clinic provides preventative care well as medical, surgery and dentistry for small animals. The clinic also has a significant large animal practice serving farms within 30 miles of S. Deerfield. Econo Lodge West Springfield allows up to two dogs (of any size) for $15/night per pet.
Each dog has an individual indoor pen connected to an outside run; for your pups comfort all floors are radiantly heated. The kennel is cleaned and disinfected daily. Runs range in size from 42 square feet to 120 square feet. Pens are assigned based on availability, pets size and needs.
A security perimeter fence completely surrounds the dog boarding facility and TLC exercise yards. The kennel is protected by both fire and burglar alarm systems.
We feed the Iams and Eukanuba pet foods.
Arrangements can be made for special dietary requirements.
The Cattery is located in three bright and airy rooms in our newest building. Each “kitty condo” is divided into four sections with room for eating, privacy, resting and stretching. The Cattery is cleaned daily. We feed Iams dry cat food and offer a variety of canned foods.
Candlewood Suites West allows up to two dogs (60 lbs or less) per guest room for an additional fee of $25 per night.
