Once developed, the off-leash space will be approximately 8 acres. Some woods; some open fields. Squirrels and bunnies. Fenced. Bring your own water. Pick up after your dog. DOGPAW is a non-profit organization registered in the State of Washington. Mission: To work with dog owners and the community at large to promote awareness and acceptance and to increase the availability for safe off leash areas for dogs in Clark County. Location: NE 18th St & NE 172nd Ave. Directions: You can reach the park via Highway 14; take 164th Ave. exit, drive north for 2.5 miles. (164th Ave. turns into 162nd Ave but you won’t notice the change.) Turn right on 18th Street. Turn right again at first corner. Drive about one block, gate to park is on your left, across from a storage facility and rock/landscaping retail yard.
In search of the elusive Oregon White and Oregon Black Truffle through the training and promotion of sustainable, sound harvesting techniques using the scenting ability of the dog, NW Truffle Dogs. NW Truffle Dogs provides and promotes the use of certified truffle dogs for both plantation and wild harvested truffles. We also provide training to pet dog owners seeking to find new ways of enjoying time with their companion.
