Sit Means Sit’s mission is to provide dog training programs that result in a happy, confident, and obedient dog, as well as a happy, confident and satisfied owner.

Central Oklahoma Golden Retriever Club offers all-breed dog obedience classes for pets, obedience competition and retriever training. Instructors have decades of training experience in private and public training, and have attended training seminars over the years to enhance their understanding of the different theories of training dogs. Trainers have all placed titles from AKC obedience, agility, conformation, field, etc, and are currently competing in the show circuit. All breeds are welcome to train in their classes.

Man’s Best Friend Dog Training is dedicated to enriching the lives of dogs and their owners through dog training using positive reinforcement-based techniques.

We train the family pet to behave and be a canine good citizen using reward-based training. We can help with behavior issues such as aggression, anxiety or socialization. We also help with making sure your dog gets plenty of exercise. This will set them up for success at being the happy, well-mannered dog they can be! Whether you have a puppy or adult dog, there is no need for your pet to be a source of irritation, resentment, or worry. We understand your needs as a pet owner, and our training is geared toward a well-rounded pet.

Marj the Dog Trainer promotes lifelong learning that helps you facilitate a richer relationship with your dog. They think that having a dog should never be a burden, but instead an opportunity to discover the true potential of the animal-human bond in light of current applied animal behavior science. Dogs learn from a mixture of enforcing boundaries on unwanted behaviors and rewarding desired behaviors, and Marj the Dog Trainer’s training uses both for a well-rounded approach. They believe that all dogs have a desire to work and accomplish something with their lives, just as people do. This means that amazing things can be accomplished when you and your dog work as a team!

“I created Dogism after observing an overwhelming amount of families that have opened their hearts and homes to shelter dogs only to have mild to severe behavioral problems develop and no one to support and help them through the process of acclimating a rescue dog to their new environment. I believe that one must first understand the behavior of an animal and gain its’ respect and trust through the philosophy of the pack, only then will one be successful in their relationships with animals.
