I have been working as an ER veterinarian for 12 years, but during these years have always kept time available for helping perform spays and neuters and associated care for rescue groups. I myself have done a lot of foster care for those animals which have been abused and/or require extensive veterinary care or those found on the street such as cats that require bottle feeding and raising. Some of these kittens arrive at the clinic with marked endo/ectoparasitism they require blood transfusions and IV fluid therapy. I am currently looking for a job associated with a rescue group.
