The Bunker Hill Dog Park in Athens, NY is one of the best off leash spots in Greene County to take your dog for a run. It’s open every day from sunrise to sunset. The dog park was established by volunteer efforts in 2008 led by Jane and Richard Kerr. It is fenced with a separate gated entry area. There are dog waste baggies provided, several park benches, and a large gazebo for shade. Some toys and a water bowl are near the gazebo – please plan to bring bottled water with you.
