Boarding and Day Care Services
In addition to salon services, Little Brown Dogs also offers limited in home pet boarding for day care and overnight stays. We realize that sometimes it is not possible to take your best friend with you when you go away, and kenneling is not the right option for all pets. By inviting your pet into our home and family, your dog will never have to experience the “kennel”. Because this type of care is done in our own home, we can only accommodate a very limited number of
guests. All guests must be well socialized and non-aggressive with animals, people and children. They also must be very well behaved. This is boarding, not rehabilitation.

All dogs who stay must be up to date on vaccinations and we strongly recommend the kennel cough vaccination. In addition, as dogs stay in the home, we ask that your dogs be flea free prior to boarding.
We set up an initial meeting, if possible, to meet your doggy and make sure that there are no personality conflicts.
At this time, we are not able to take in cats for boarding.
Rates start at $25.00 per day or $150 per week – when you board one week, you get a night free. Dogs who stay for one week also receive a bath and brush. Holiday weeks are not discounted. Christmas, February and April vacation weeks are at the full rate of $175.00.
Only three boarders will be taken at any time. There is a discount applied when one owner boards multiple dogs, depending on the behavior of the dogs. The multiple dog discount will not be given during Christmas, February and April vacation weeks.
Dogs receive two walks daily, treats, weekly baths and lots and lots of love and care.
Merrill Farm Resort is pet friendly! They welcome pets with no weight limit for a fee of $20 per night per pet. Please note that they only have two pet friendly cabins.
Dogs are allowed at Saco River Camping Area, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and cleaned up after wherever they go.
Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway allows up to two dogs (100 lbs or less) per guest room for an additional fee of $100 per stay.
Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway welcomes pets, 75lbs or less, for no additional pet fee. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast area, and should not be left unattended in the room.
Old Red Inn And Cottages is pet friendly. They welcome pets of any size for an additional fee of $50 cash deposit which is refundable at checkout.
Up to two pets of any size are welcome for an additional $35 per pet, per night. Please note that the owner is responsible for any damage by their pets.
North Conway Mountain Inn allows up to two dogs of any size per pet friendly guest room for an additional $20 per pet, per night. Pet friendly rooms are limited.
One dog per room is welcome for no additional fee. Pet owners MUST provide the hotel with a current copy of the rabies certificate.
The Colonial Motel is pet friendly! Two pets of any size are welcome in select pet friendly rooms for an additional fee of $10 per pet per night.
The Cranmore Inn welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $20 per dog, per night. Two rooms with direct outside access are dog friendly. Dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms.
The Cranmore Mountain Lodge has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms which allow one small dog for a fee of $15 plus tax per night. Please note that dogs are not allowed in common areas.
