Dog owners now have a place for their dogs to shed some energy at the new Homestar Off Leash Dog Park thanks to a substantial funding injection from the province and the park’s official sponsor, Homestar Inc. Located at 222 Vincent Road just south of the Gondola Point Arterial, it is a place where dogs are permitted to run free under their handler’s supervision. The Homestar Off Leash Dog Park, operated by the Town of Quispamsis, is a great place for your four-legged friend to exercise, socialize and play. The park is approximately a half acre in size with a trail that loops around the perimeter, connecting to Matthew’s Brook Trail via the Vincent Road pedestrian underpass. Please remember you are legally responsible for your dog and any injuries caused by your dog. Use of the park is at your own risk. The Off Leash Dog Park is open dawn to dusk, unless otherwise posted or advertised.
