Location: Memorial Park. 401 Butler Avenue. & Fort St at Van Horne near River’s End Campground. Directions: US Highway 80 East, turn left (or northbound) at Polk Street toward campground. Turn right at Fort Street. Park just before Van Horne or turn left on Van Horne and park past the court building.
