You can take your dog to any of the Upper Arlington parks and have them offleash from 8pm-9pm, or 5pm-6pm during daylight savings. It’s great fun! Not fenced in though. Directions: Take 315 to the Lane Avenue exit, turn right, and you’re in Upper Arlington.
