H.O.P.E. is a non profit 501c3 charitable organization made up almost entirely of volunteers working together to find homes for homeless, unwanted pets and to reduce the population of unwanted pets in Saratoga County and the Southern Adirondacks. We provide volunteer foster-based adoption services (no shelter facility) and operate a low cost spay/neuter clinic in Saratoga Springs, NY.
