Park is open from dawk to dusk, year-round and dogs are not allowed on the beaches at any time. Located on a man-made marina in Sparks, NV (just east of Reno). Fenced in and right on the water, this is a popular place for dogs and their owners during hot summer days. No currents or tides to worry about; dogs are free to run around unleashed and play in the water. The marina is completely surrounded by a walking trail, providing a great way to dry off your pooch before heading home. Also, directly across the marina from the dog park is the Scraps Dog Bakery, where you can buy specialty hand-made treats and other goodies. Location: 300 Howard Drive.
