Fenced. Very nice park. All fenced in. There are two fenced in areas. One is for dogs under 25 lbs only, the other is for all sizes. Leashes not required. There is also a little obstacle course for the dogs with ramps, tunnels, and ‘gates’ to jump through. Also has a dog water fountain (on from April 15 till November). Directions: Rte. 370 entrance of Onondaga Lake Park in Liverpool, New York. From the village of Liverpool, take Rte 370 west. Go through the light at John Glenn Blvd. Entrance to the park is on the left, towards the lake. Dog waste bags are provided. Benches for the humans are available, and area is treed. Park is located within the larger public park, and there is no cost to enter. Park is sponsored by Wegman’s grocery stores.
