Orange Countyï¾’s dog owners now have a place to let their pets run around leash-free. In addition to the large fenced-in play area, both West Orange Dog Park and Downey Dog Park have a play area for small dogs, a time out area, water fountains and poop stations. Location: 150 Windermere Rd. Directions: From W. Colonial Dr., take Beulah Rd. south to Marshall Farms Rd. Turn left on Marshall Farms Rd. The dog park will be on the right.
Off Leash Park. Lake, forest, sand & fun. Fenced on 3 sides with the lake on the 4th side, big lake for dogs, picnic tables, lots of trees, bags for cleanup. There is a nice chunk of forest as well as a nice large beach with room for plenty of digging, running, swimming and a lot of doggie like behavior. Location: S. Lakemont Ave & Glenridge Road, opposite side across Lake Susanna from Baldwin Park, near the old Navy base. Directions: From Aloma: Turn south on Lakemont and follow it all the way down to the end. From Glenridge Rd. towards Lakemont, Make RT. at the light onto Lakemont Ave. Park is on left.

Urban Wetland – unofficial dog park. Orlando, FL. This is not an officially sanctioned dog park nor is it fenced, but its set back from major intersections and a well used location. Location: Anderson Street East. Directions: Set back just off Anderson Street East. While on Anderson east of downtown, but before Lake Underhill, look for the Mills Ave. intersection. Just after you cross the intersection there is a drive that leads to public parking at the Park. Alternative: turn South at the Mills intersection and follow the signs to Greenwood Cemetery. The lake is just before the cemetery.

Off Leash Park for Small & Large Dogs. The Millenium Dog Park has three acre area for large dogs and a one acre area for small dogs. Donations are highly appreciated, to keep the Park open (there are Donation boxes there)! Park Summer Hours OPEN 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The Park has a big covered Sitting place, kids pools with water, faucet with dog bowls, dispenser with poop bags. Location: Corner of South East 24th Street and Southeast 34th Avenue. It is located at the South end of Jervy Gannt Park.

It has a small dog (under 30) and a large dog (over 30) area, shaded with lots of trees and mulch hills to climb, and then next to it is a pond with a 1 mi walking path around it (dog swimming is not recommended due to the resident alligator). Leash Free Park with small & large dog areas. The Lori Wilson Dog Park is a 32,000 square foot fenced, off-leash area with large dog and small dog areas. All dog park users are required to register their dog with the attendant on duty. A record of current vaccinations is required. All dogs must wear a current Brevard County license tag. Outside the Dog Park dogs are allowed in parking lot only and must be on short leash. An 8-acre park, built in partnership with the Spring Hill Central Rotary Club, scheduled to open in 2008/2009. The park will include the county’s first dog park, with 3 runs for large, small and service dogs. Additional amenities to include picnic shelters, pavilion, basketball court, volleyball court, playground and walking trail. Location: 10375 Sandlor Street. Directions: From Northcliffe Boulevard take Landover Boulevard two blocks south; the park is on the left (east) side of Landover Boulevard.
