The American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Rescue Trust (The Trust) was organized to benefit Cavaliers in need who have been lost, abandoned or are unwanted, to provide a cohesive, nationwide network of rescue volunteers and to provide public education in an effort to reduce the number of Cavaliers that come into rescue. The Trust is organized under IRS Section 501(c) (3) providing donors with federal income tax deductions, to the extent allowed by IRS. Further, The Trust provides insurance covering the activities of its volunteer workers following the guidelines set down by The Trust.

We are a non-profit, non-kill animal shelter. All of our animals are on monthly heartworm as well as flea and tick prevention. OUR MISSION is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving and safe homes for adoption. OUR PASSION is to rescue stray and abandoned dogs from the unconscionable, while providing them with a safe and loving environment until a permanent home is found. We are a 501 c 3 non-profit organization. We receive no state, federal or city funding. Our only funding is by donations or grants. We are committed to their long-term care by adopting them into homes that are prepared to commit to their pet’s welfare. We believe our companion pets deserve love and attention, proper housing, food, water and the necessary veterinary care. We are a non-kill facility. This rescue is truly a labor of love. I have rescued all my adult life. It’s my all consuming passion and obsession. Most of our rescued pets have been bounced around for much of their lives, prior to being rescued so, it is our utmost goal to ensure that a pets adoptive family will truly be his or her “forever” home and, our process is designed to ensure this, by trying to make the best possible match of pet to person. We are looking for “forever” homes for our pets where they will be a loved member of the family, living inside with their family, or safe in a backyard. The adoption fees for our pets vary, as adoption fees are based on the amount of veterinary work they have had, at the time of adoption. ALL Creatures Matter Rescue is here to help small breed dogs in need and ensure they get the care they deserve and are placed with loving families. I am very concerned about the welfare of these animals; therefore, an application and references will be required for adoption. All pets will have a non-refundable adoption fee and will be fully vetted. They will be spayed or neutered before leaving the rescue. We don’t want to contribute to the pet over-population and to the killing of innocent animals. ACM exists to save the lives of animals in need and depends upon donations, adoptions, and volunteers to exist.
