Six acre, fenced, off-leash dog park. 4.5 acres for large dogs (18′ or taller) and 1.5 acres for small dogs. Water stations available during the season. Park is open 7 days a week, sun up to sun down, weather & conditions permitting. All dogs must be registered to use the park. Annual registration fee: $25 per dog (limit 2 dogs per handler). Owners must provide current Certificate of Rabies with tag number and pet medical records from a licensed veterinarian for Parvo, Distemper and Bordetella at time of registration. Daily passes are also available for $10 per day/per dog; plus $10 deposit for fob (gate entry pass key). Registration forms are available at the Springfield-Greene County Park Board Administration Building located at 1923 N. Weller, Springfield, MO. The office is open Monday -Friday, 8am-5pm. Weekend/Daily passes can be purchased at the Chesterfield Family Center, located at 2511 W. Republic Road, Springfield, MO. Chesterfield is open evenings and weekends. Location: 2100 West Catalpa. Main entrance is located off of Grand Street and Kansas Expressway (behind Walgreen’s). Directions: From Kansas Expressway go west on Grand Street; take a left into the Walgreen’s parking lot and then an immediate right; follow the road back to the Park.
