Fenced in, water available. Not well lit– don’t go after dark. Park back by the park, not in the school parking lot. Only well mannered dogs are welcome. Picking up after your dog is required. From the Peninsula, go north on 280, exit Sneath. Corner of Evergreen and Maywood, behind the Hoover Childcare Center. Turn left up Sneath, turn right on Skyline Blvd. Right on Berkshire, quick right on Fleetwood, left on Evergreen. Go down hill, and at corner of Maywood pull into parking lot for children’s school. Turn right and drive back behind the school, and the baseball field and the dog park are back there.
Four off-leash areas: (1) Southeast section bounded by Lincoln Way, King Drive and 2nd and 7th avenues (2) Northeast section at Fulton and Willard streets (3) South-central area bounded by Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Middle Drive and 34th and 38th avenues (4) Fenced dog-training area near 38th Avenue and Fulton Street
There are several entrances. One is at the Coastal Trail off Bunker Road, near Rodeo Beach.
From the marin Headlands Visitor Center, follow the sign West.
1.3 acres within the Martin Luther King Park, on Bridgeway at Ebbtide Avenue to the end. Mon.-Fri. 7-7, Sat.-Sun. 8-7 Fully fenced, lighted, safety-gated entry, picnic tables, benches, tents for shelter, scoops and scooper cleaning station, trash cans, parking, water, tennis balls and racquets provided.
Dog Exercise Park. Location: 1125 Airport Blvd. Directions: From San Francisco: Exit at Broadway towards Burlingame. Turn a slight left to take the ramp toward the overpass. Turn Right on Rollins Rd. Turn Right on Broadway. Turn Right on Bayshore Hwy. And then turn Left onto Airport Blvd. Entire distance after leaving the freeway should be less than 1 mile.
Cross Camino Alto and park in the lot off Sycamore Avenue.
5 acre area, fenced, water nearby, paid parking meters, restrooms. No water at the site, but a hose located 50′ away to fill water jugs. Restrooms also 50′ away. Location: Eighth Street, Alameda, California, USA. Directions: From Oakland, through Webster Street Tube down Webster. Left at Encinal, right at 8th St. Parking metered lot near tennis courts. Dog run area is visible from the roadway.

Two off-leash areas: (1) A 59-acre hilltop bounded by Shelly Drive with trails, open areas, reservoir and fence at roadway. Includes natural area, excludes group picnic facilities, childrenï¾’s play area and custodian housing. Leash restrictions during performances at amphitheater. (2) South entrance at 1600 block of Geneva adjacent to natural area with open area fenced on roadway Daily 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
Recreation Center with fenced-in dog park on lower tier (below playground). Grassy area, benches, canine and human water fountains. Location: Murray Street and Justin Drive. Directions: From Bay Bridge take 101 south to 280 Daly City Freeway (south). Exit the very first Alamaney Blvd. exit. Go straight thru the stop light and make a quick left. Go straight up to the top of the hill. Park is on left hand side, with football field on first tier (dog park is at bottom on third tier).
