Utah’s Perfect Pointers is dedicated to rehoming German Shorthair Pointers, German Wirehair Pointers, Wirehair Pointing Griffons and their close friends from other hunting breeds, including mixes. All the dogs are temperament tested and fully vetted including spay/neuter, routine vaccines and are microchipped.
Nestled in the foothills of Northern California is Bird Dog Relief and Rescue. Our mission is to provide rescued bird dogs a second chance for success; success in the field and in a new forever home as a member of the family. This mission is accomplished through consistent leadership, proper training techniques, and a supportive environment.
DOGWOOD RESCUE SOCIETY co-operates with various rescue organizations in BC, such as the SPCA, Doris Orr Foundation and local shelters, etc. and assists sporting dog breed rescue groups in other provinces and in the US, in finding suitable, loving homes for animals in need. When we have available resources, we do help with other breeds of dogs.

MAK GSP Rescue is a volunteer-staffed organization that works to raise awareness about GSPs in need. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit group dedicated to the rescue, fostering, and re-homing of adoptable German Shorthaired Pointers.
The Mid-Atlantic GSP Rescue group covers the state of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Delaware. We are a 501c3 non profit rescue dedicated to finding homes for German Shorthaired Pointers who have become homeless by no fault of their own. We take care of their needs on arrival and then place them in permanent loving homes.
German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue of North Texas, Inc., doing business as Texas GSP Rescue, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that places abandoned GSPs in safe, loving homes. We are not a shelter and have no kennel facility. Any dog taken in by our program must have a foster home for the duration of the dog’s stay with us before placement in a permanent adoptive home. We are 100% reliant upon volunteers, fosters and donors to save dogs. As space permits, we cover the entire state of Texas and are the only GSP Rescue working in Texas. As space permits, we also do our best to cover intake in Oklahoma and Louisiana as there is no GSP rescue in either state.
We provide a second chance for German Shorthaired Pointers (GSPs) who have been abandoned, neglected, abused, surrendered or otherwise displaced and adopt them into permanent, loving homes that will benefit their energetic, affectionate and loyal attributes.
The mission of the German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue Group of Colorado is to take in purebred German Shorthaired Pointers that are in shelters, whose owners no longer want them, or that have become lost and abandoned, and to place them in permanent pet homes and to help provide a safe harbor for German Shorthaired Pointers that might otherwise be destroyed. We are a small rescue group based in MD. with volunteers located in differents states. We rescue GSP’s from shelters and or owner surrenders or where ever there is a need to help a dog. We do what we do because there is a GREAT need to saves these animals and because we just love these dogs so much that our heart goes above and beyond to save them. German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) Rescue of NJ is a 501c organization dedicated to finding permanent loving homes for homeless, abandoned, neglected, abused and unwanted purebred GSPs. As part of our mission, the group educates the public about the breed, and assists GSP owners as needed. Our group covers all of New Jersey, parts of New York, and assists other recognized out-of-state GSP rescues in emergency situations. GSP Rescue of NJ is part of the National GSP Rescue network.
NorCal GSP Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to placing unwanted and abandoned German Shorthaired Pointers in northern California into new homes.
Our full legal name is NorCal German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, Inc. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, funded by donations, fundraisers, and adoption donations.
We are the California GSP Rescue. We are a breed-specific rescue specializing in German Shorthaired Pointers (GSPs). As a not-for-profit organization, we operate through volunteers and networking to assure proper placement and lifetime assistance for each dog and enjoyment by adopting families. California GSP Rescue takes purebred GSPs from any situation for careful evaluation and placement. All dogs are altered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and come with a warranty contract which provides lifetime training and support.
