Our group accepts any whippet regardless of age, health or temperament. It is our core belief that there exists the right home for any whippet, regardless of the current situation; we understand that some whippets are just not a good fit in the home where they currently reside.
We are a pro-racing greyhound adoption group working with the kennels at the Sanford Orlando Track. We formed our 501c3 group in Jaunary 2009. In 2011 we removed 221 greyhounds from the Sanford Orlando Racetrack. We have fostered and vetted numerous dogs before they were sent to their new homes. We have been supplying greys to groups in Canada and they take the majority of our dogs. We are all volunteers and do not receive any compensation for our work. During 2012 we facilitated the adoption of 366 greyhounds locally and through various adoption groups in the US and Canada. We had a very busy 2013. We moved 392 greyhounds into adoption groups thru-out the US and Canada. In 2014 we facilitated the adoption and transportation of 370 greyhounds throughout the US and Canada.
Fast Friends is dedicated to educating the public about greyhounds and sighthounds and finding responsible, loving homes for those in need. Fast Friends is a state-licensed animal shelter and non-profit organization founded in 1992 in West Swanzey, NH. We are involved with the community providing education, training, and a resource center supporting the public, community groups, and greyhound and sighthound organizations worldwide. We believe that enriching the lives of those in our community, both human and animal, is an essential part of our mission.
Gold Coast Greyhound Adoptions, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), all volunteer organization started in 2003, dedicated to finding loving, permanent homes for Retired Racing Greyhounds. It is our mission to educate the public regarding the wonderful temperament of the Greyhound breed.
The Greyhound Advancement Center works hand-in-hand with greyhound tracks, farms, transport, adoption groups, etc. to ensure more effective placement into forever homes, while promoting a more positive image of greyhounds as companion, therapy and service dogs.

Dedicated to the rescue of Italian Greyhounds in Arizona that have been abandoned, lost or surrendered to shelters, or owner surrender. We are a foster home and we find forever homes for them.
IGCA Rescue is a club sponsored re-homing service provided for Italian Greyhounds that have been abandoned at animal shelters, taken from abusive homes or surrendered to Rescue due to the death or divorce of the former owner. Occasionally, dogs are turned over to Rescue because the owner can no longer keep the dog and the dog was acquired from a source to which it cannot be returned.
MNGR is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding loving homes for greyhounds discarded by the racing industry.
MoKan Greyhound Adoption is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation for the purpose of finding homes for ex-racing Greyhounds and educating the public on the suitability and availability of Greyhounds as pets.
We are unique in that we are a pro hunting rescue. I am a big advocate of hunting companions being pets first, working dogs second. All animals in my possession are or will be spayed/neutered. I do not and will not breed. Views on hunting with dogs are not up for discussion, it is legal here, and if a good home doing what makes the dog happy is available, I think it is worth a shot. If you can’t stop it, work to improve it is how I feel. We hope to have a working, open relationship with dog hunters and horse owners in our area to improve communication and education for everyone involved. Mississippi needs stronger cruelty laws, and to get this we are going to need as many people standing together as possible!
Hound Dog Rescue Corporation (HDRC) provides for the rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing, of unwanted, neglected and/or abused Hound and other dogs.
Next to Pit Bulls, hound dogs are the hardest to place. The population of these dogs is profound in the southern states especially…We evaluate, transport north, treat and rehab (including spay/neuter) these hounds and seek out appropriate forever homes.
We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Rescue and Sanctuary for homeless Dogs located near Findlay, Ohio. We work to place dogs into safe loving homes with responsible new owners. We also provide lifelong sanctuary to senior and unadoptable dogs. Pulling from high risk and kill shelters, our mission is to save dogs from euthanasia. We also network with other rescues and individuals in an effort to save as many homeless dogs as possible and find them loving forever homes.
