The Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania is a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving unwanted and forgotten pets in high-kill shelters. We hope to save as many animals as possible from euthanasia, and find them permanent loving homes.?We are an all-volunteer organization that utilizes a foster home network.?ARF-SEPA fosters have the amazing opportunity to save dogs and cats that are at risk of euthanasia.? Rescued pets receive complete veterinary care and reside with a foster family until adopted into a permanent, loving home!
