We are a network of foster homes of people who provide temporary foster care primarily for Cherokee County’s strays and displaced animals while they await their forever homes. Our primary foster homes are approved fosters for Cherokee County Humane Society. In addition, we list animals for other licensed rescues. Many of our rescued pets come from shelters, but we also take them in directly from owners when we have room. This allows us to lessen the burden on the shelters. We also help independent rescuers place their rescued pets. Lastly, we also provide postings for owners needing assistance in rehoming their own pets.
