The German Shepherd Rescue of East Tennessee is commited to helping save German Shepherds in East TN. We are an all volunteer organization and do not have a shelter. Instead, all of the foster dogs are housed in foster homes where they are part of the family. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm and intestinal worm free before being adopted. All of our dogs are inside dogs and will not be adopted to families that are going to house them outside.
