Our mission it to rescue, rehabilitate, and find homes for dogs in need (and a few cats, too)! Our dream is that one day, we won’t have to. MERCY: An event to be grateful for, because it’s occurrence prevents something unpleasant or provides relief from suffering. RESCUE: Save from a dangerous or distressing situation. HAVEN: A place of safety or refuge. Mercy Rescue Haven is an animal rescue group located in Upstate SC. MRH was founded after the rescue of Mercy, a pit bull mix that was found starving and alone. Mercy passed away 5 months after her rescue due to leukemia, this rescue is to honor her.
