Noah’s Animal Refuge is a non-profit organization providing a healthy no-kill environment, safe shelter, rehabilitation, and training to companion rescue animals in order to facilitate their adoption into a safe and loving forever home. NARC is committed to being a voice for our neglected animals by advocating educational programs in responsible pet ownership, the humane treatment of animals, and low cost spay/neuter programs. Our vision of a Premiere Facility with a professional, loving staff will help to ensure a future of a better world for abandoned, neglected companion animals.
