The SPCA of Northeastern N.C. is a 501c3 organization that contracts to operate the local Animal Shelter. We strive to provide a loving caring environment, food, shelter and temporary housing for all lost, stray or unwanted domestic animals from Elizabeth City, Pasquotank and Camden Counties. Our Staff and Volunteers work hard to find loving homes for our Shelter Pets. We provide programs to help area residents with the spay/neuter of their pets.
