Mission Statement:   To provide rescue, foster and veterinary care, and ultimately to place in approved ‘forever’ homes, purebred or almost purebred collies from animal shelters and owners who can no longer care for them, as well as to educate the public about proper pet care and the importance of spaying and neutering all pets.
